My nose job with Dr. Behrad Aynehchi
QUICK VERSION:
Broke my nose a couple years ago and never had it fixed properly, but even before that I was not always happy with the way my nose looked. Finally, I did some proactive research on finding a doctor I liked based on previous work and visual idea similar to my own. I found Dr. Aynehchi online and went for a consultation. Dr. Aynehchi was THOROUGH, PATIENT, and LISTENED. He was knowledgeable and I felt at ease. I followed through with the surgery. It was the best decision I have made in my adult life. From the VERY BEGINNING to the VERY END, everything from the office staff, surgical center, nurses, the whole 9 yards was PERFECT and I not once did I hesitate or have second thoughts. I was comfortable through the entire process, it was SMOOTH. My nose is AMAZING. I have not even one slight complaint about my nose. My breathing is 100% clear and my friends and family cannot stop boasting about how amazing my nose is, thanks to Dr. Aynehchi. It’s just perfect and I am SO HAPPY and relieved. If you are considering a nose job, DO NOT HESITATE to schedule a consultation. He changed my life.
DETAILS: 
My nose needed a lot of work (Rhinoplasty/ Septoplasty/ Turbinate reduction/ Nasal Reconstruction). All of the things I needed were explained to me in the consultation. All of my questions were answered and I felt really confident leaving the office that day, mostly because Dr. Aynehchi is really approachable, calm and focused on his work. I really got the most out of the consultation. He took pictures of the front view and profile and, that same day, he sent me simulations, an example of what I could expect after the surgery. I loved them and started really considering the surgery after this point. Dr. Aynehchi and I were in touch from that point on, he even called me personally to answer all of my questions (I had a lot of questions, all the time).
The surgery was at another location, Beverly Hills Specialty Surgical Center, which was nice and clean and organized. Dr. Aynehchi has great bedside manner, made me feel really comfortable on the day of surgery and continued to give me the best version of my nose I could ask for. The recovery was exactly as the detailed instructions said it would be. No surprises for me. He was available for any questions I had through the recovery as well.
Overall, I felt like I got the best treatment from beginning to end and have recommended him to all my family and friends who might be considering.
This was my first surgery, and the only part I was nervous about was getting the cast off, naturally. I think that says something about a doctor.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Aynehchi for my botox every three months after being referred by a friend. He knows his stuff and has such a great personality. Funny guy and very down to earth. I recently graduated to voluma filler for my cheeks and couldn’t be happier.I have no words. I am so grateful to Dr. Putnam. She is really everything a Dr. can hope to be at his or her best. Aside from her well deserved reputation as the Kobe Bryant of nose surgeons, she takes her time with evaluations, and….wait for it…..wait for it……she CARES!
It must be nice to be Dr. Putnam. She gets to wake up and know that she is adored by all. That her patients are profoundly grateful. That people say nice things about her in her absence. That she is thought of among her peers as a ninja master of her rare and risky craft. She bascially just floats around all day helping people!
I had a number of compounding inner nose problems…she evaluated them as a major threat to my longterm wellbeing and agreed to go in and eliminate the enemy with extreme prejudice. In this case the enemy was my nose…. Elimination of the enemy is the wrong metaphor. I can breathe now! I can sleep now! I might make love again! Well maybe for 200 roses per 30 minutes but you get the picture! A+

Had a wonderful encounter with Dr. Pesce. She was kind, gentle and answered all of my questions. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!
Dr. Amanda Salvado is a wonderful physician, and a caring, responsive individual. She responds to emails and accommodates last minute visits as needed. I ad already had a septoplasty but was still experiencing breathing problems. The doctor who performed my septoplasty could not explain it, nor could an allergist I went to. Finally, I sat down with Dr. Salvado and she explaine dthat I had an inflamed turbinate and recommended a Turbinate reduction procedure. She performed this on me 2 years ago with AMAZING results. Sometimes I still have congestion trouble during peak allergy season, but the two nose sprays she prescribed to me work well during these times.
I had been to doctors in the past who had given me nose sprays (I’ve tried all of the different kinds), but they never seemed to fully work. Dr. Salvado gave me two different sprays that I would use together, and she said that these sprays used together often work better than either spray individually. And she was RIGHT!
I experienced severe rhinitis when I was pregnant with twins and the sprays finally allowed me to breathe so I could sleep at night.

Dr. Salvado is exemplary in every way – careful, caring, a sophisticated and well trained practitioner. She has healed me from sinus and ear
infections that otherwise would plague an elite athlete and cause unwanted downtime. The office is professionally managed, well organized, and has excellent synergy and communication with the physicians.
I dread when it becomes hard to get an appointment as it is clear this is the pre-eminent ENT practice in the entire region.

My daughter Laura was your patient in August. I want to express my gratitude and thanks to you for the excellent care she received. What started out as a sore throat, became more serious than we ever imagined. We feel so blessed that you were her doctor, and know we got the best care possible. It is clear you are a true physician who always puts his patients needs first. You were there constantly, always reassuring us and taking time to explain things without rush. You have such a gentle and calm bedside manner, and you went above and beyond to insure her care. In a difficult situation, we could not have hoped for anything better.
I am a choral director at a local high school, and this week we will be performing a Benefit Concert to raise money for a foundation which supports music in schools for all students. Laura will be singing a solo in one of our songs, Arms Around the World. It is because of your skills as a physician that she is able to do this. We know you did all you could to make sure her voice was not affected by her surgeries. Some of the lyrics she will sing are : ” One by one, hand in hand, heart to heart, oh we’ve got to understand. It’s time we went beyond t he walls of our own lives. There’s so much more to life than living day by day. We’ve got to make a difference, we’ve got to make a way “. Clearly, you are making a difference in your patients lives.

Two weeks ago while cleaning out my ear with a Q-Tip, something went awry and I started hearing an uncomfortable “scratching” sound in my 
ear whenever I’d move or touch my ear. I figured it was some dead skin/ear debris that would make it’s way out over the course of time, but after being terrorized by this foreign object for two weeks, I scheduled to see Dr. Wang.
Turns out it was hair from a recent haircut that I must have pushed in with the Q-tip. It was pinned to the eardrum and was persistent enough to resist the suction and peroxide flush. But Dr. Wang didn’t give up and with surgical precision, removed the hair without causing me any more grief. The entire process took only about 15 minutes.
The entire time I found her to be courteous, professional, understanding and with good beside manner.
I visited the office in Santa Monica and found it to be clean and with plenty of lot parking.

Hello,
I am writing to state my unequivocal admiration and appreciation for Dr. Michelle Putnam.
I had a very unusual problem, a pharyngeal mass (kind of a tumor) in the back of my throat, that was slowly growing,and blocking my airway, and causing difficulty breathing, and caused (or aggravated) Sleep Apnea.
Of course, I was terrified of surgery, and procrastinated for a year. Finally, she convinced me that the surgery was necessary.
After one night in St.Johns Hospital (which i have to admit, was not great… no complaints about the hospital, I believe St. Johns is a good hospital….but I was not happy, in alot of pain, etc) Anyway, since the surgery, my breathing is better, my sleeping is better, my energy is better.
Truly, she is a remarkable doctor. Dr. Putnam is gentle, very chill, relaxed, and compassionate. She imparts a sense of reassurance. I went for two other opinions. one said “I wouldnt bother with this, and I would be afraid to operate in such a delicate area” and the other Dr. agreed with her diagnosis, but I didnt feel at all comfortable with him; he was flippant, and made me feel like I was a “number”. Dr. Putnam always was patient, she always returned my calls, and is very giving of her time. Obviously, I had a million concerns and questions, and she always answered every question articulately, and patiently…she never made me feel like she was in a hurry.
The staff at their office is very good,she always got my messages, and they were very polite.
There is something to be said for the difference I felt, as a guy, working as a patient with a woman. I really dont feel I would have received the same feeling of,well, almost like a “maternal” sense of caring from a male Doctor…just my feeling. Overall, one of the finest Doctors Ive ever worked with, I would recommend Dr. Michelle Putnam to anyone with ear, nose and throat problems looking for a Doctor with extraordinary skills and compassion.

I was having extreme ear pain from what turned out to be an outbreak of shingles. Dr. Putnam saw me quickly. She did an excellent job of explaining my problem and course of treatment to me. She was very kind, gentle, and compassionate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to a family member or a friend. She’s an extremely knowledgeable ENT doctor.
