Dr. Aynehchi is among a handful of surgeons in the United States to possess Dual Board Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. To be considered for certification by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS), a surgeon must possess medical licensure and submit a worthy record of clinical experience (at least two years) that includes operative reports for at least 100 facial plastic surgeries. The surgeon then must complete a two-day examination with the ABFPRS. He or she also must subscribe to the ABFPRS Code of Ethics. Few surgeons in the United States have a comparable level of focused specialization in facial anatomy, analysis, and surgery.

Philosophy

Dr. Aynehchi has earned a reputation for naturally appearing and long lasting results with the shortest possible recovery. Dr. Aynehchi believes that retaining an attractive face does not mean eradicating every single line and wrinkle. Rather, an emphasis is placed on preserving the bony framework and vitality that inevitably fade with time. Specifically, his approach to the face lift focuses on the muscle rather than the skin, which redefines the jaw line, neck and cheeks from beneath. The technique of supporting the muscle deeply affords the distinct benefit of age-appropriate rejuvenation.

Dr. Aynehchi has also gained renown in primary and revision rhinoplasty, with a large proportion of his nasal surgery correcting prior work by other surgeons. A heavy emphasis is placed on attentiveness to his patient’ desires in order to achieve the best individual results possible. As an expert in both Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery, Dr. Aynehchi is able to preserve and improve structural support and nasal breathing with a unique armamentarium of cartilage grafts to sculpt beautiful and elegant long-term results. Patient satisfaction in cosmetic surgery is greatly determined by a rapid recovery. Those seeking plastic surgery often express a desire to return to normal activities in a limited time frame. Dr. Aynehchi’s approach affords a speedy recovery that encourages a feeling of enthusiasm that is easily communicated to friends and colleagues.

Dr. Aynehchi understands that undertaking surgery on the face takes a tremendous amount of courage. As his own harshest critic, he takes this responsibility very seriously and never settles for less than an outstanding and personalized result.
